Our Policies
Registration and Payment Policy
Program fees must be paid according to the payment schedule established at registration.

Participants with outstanding balances may be restricted from participation until payment arrangements have been approved by the organization.
​
Returned checks or declined payments may be subject to additional processing fees.
No Refund Policy
All registration fees, program fees, uniform fees, deposits, and payments of any kind are non-refundable.
No refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to:

Voluntary withdrawal from the program

Scheduling conflicts
-
Illness or injury
-
Family relocation
-
Player dissatisfaction
-
Team placement decisions
-
Missed practices, workouts, games, or tournaments
In limited circumstances, the organization may evaluate requests on a case-by-case basis and may, at its sole discretion, provide a credit toward a future program session. Credits are not guaranteed and have no cash value.
Scholarship Policies
Scholarships are awarded to families based on demonstrated need and available program funding. Receipt of a scholarship carries additional responsibilities.

Scholarship recipients must:

Attend all scheduled practices, games, tournaments, workouts, and team events unless an absence has been approved in advance by the Head Coach or Program Director.

Communicate any anticipated absence as soon as possible.
-
Demonstrate consistent effort, positive attitude, and respect toward coaches, teammates, officials, and staff.
Scholarship recipients remain responsible for:

Uniform fees
-
Tournament spectator admission fees
-
Transportation to and from practices, games, tournaments, and events
-
Lodging, meals, and other travel-related expenses unless otherwise stated in writing
Failure to comply with scholarship requirements may result in immediate revocation of the scholarship. Upon revocation, the participant may be required to pay the full program fees associated with participation.
Scholarship awards are granted at the sole discretion of the organization and may be modified or withdrawn for violations of program policies.
Attendance Policy
Regular attendance is essential to player development and team success.

Participants are expected to:

Arrive on time and prepared for all activities.

Notify coaches of anticipated absences as early as possible.

Attend practices and games consistently.
Excessive unexcused absences or tardiness may affect playing time, team status, tournament participation, or continued membership in the program.
Player Conduct Policy
Players are expected to:

Show respect to coaches, teammates, opponents, officials, volunteers, and facility staff.
-
Demonstrate good sportsmanship at all times.
-
Follow coaching instructions and team rules.
-
Use appropriate language and behavior.
-
Refrain from bullying, harassment, intimidation, fighting, or disruptive conduct.
Violations may result in disciplinary action, suspension, or dismissal from the program.
Parent and Guardian Conduct Policy
Parents and guardians are expected to:

Support all players, coaches, officials, volunteers, employees, and families in a positive and respectful manner.

Refrain from coaching from the sidelines or interfering with coaching decisions.

Treat officials, volunteers, staff members, employees, and other families with courtesy and respect at all times.

Follow all facility rules and organizational policies.
-
Address concerns through appropriate channels and in a constructive manner.
The following behaviors are strictly prohibited:

Verbal abuse, harassment, intimidation, or bullying of players, coaches, officials, volunteers, employees, or other spectators.

Threatening language, threats of physical harm, or any conduct that causes another person to feel unsafe.

Harassment of employees, coaches, volunteers, board members, or representatives of the organization, whether in person, by telephone, text message, email, social media, or any other form of communication.

Disruptive, aggressive, or confrontational behavior at practices, games, tournaments, meetings, or organizational events.
-
Use of profane, discriminatory, or abusive language.
Any parent or guardian who engages in prohibited conduct may be subject to immediate removal from an event, suspension from attending future events, restriction of communication with staff, or permanent exclusion from organizational activities.

Serious violations, including harassment of employees or threats against any participant, parent, volunteer, coach, employee, official, or representative of the organization, may result in immediate removal of the player from the program without refund and may be referred to law enforcement when appropriate.
Playing Time Policy
The organization prioritizes player development, team growth, and competitive success.

Playing time is not guaranteed and may be influenced by:

Attendance
-
Effort and attitude
-
Skill development
-
Team needs
-
Coach discretion
-
Adherence to team policies
Coaches maintain sole authority regarding player rotations and game participation.
Uniform and Equipment Policy
Players are responsible for maintaining all uniforms and equipment issued to them.

Lost or damaged uniforms require replacement at the family's expense.
​
Players must wear required uniforms and appropriate basketball footwear during games and designated events.
Injury and Medical Policy
Parents and guardians are responsible for informing the organization of any medical conditions, injuries, allergies, or restrictions that may affect participation.
​
The organization reserves the right to require medical clearance before a participant returns to activity following an injury or illness.
​
Participation in athletic activities involves inherent risks, and families acknowledge those risks by registering for the program.
Transportation Policy
Parents and guardians are responsible for arranging transportation to and from all practices, games, tournaments, and team activities unless otherwise communicated by the organization.
​
The organization is not responsible for supervising participants before scheduled start times or after activities conclude. Please be on time.
Photography and Media Release
Participation in the program constitutes permission for the organization to use photographs, video recordings, and other media containing a participant's image for promotional, educational, fundraising, and marketing purposes unless written notice is provided by a parent or guardian.
Policy Enforcement
The organization reserves the right to interpret, modify, and enforce all policies in the best interest of the program, its participants, and its mission.

Failure to comply with these policies may result in disciplinary action, suspension, dismissal from the program, revocation of scholarship benefits, or other remedies deemed appropriate by the organization.

By registering and participating, players and parents/guardians acknowledge that they have read, understand, and agree to comply with all program policies.
